Returns Policy

Our returns policy

Return window: items must be returned within 14days of purchase.
Condition: items must be returned unused in there original packaging.
Protective film: Gloves must be returned with the protective film still on.
Personalisation: Any personalised items can not be returned.

How to return an item

If you need to return an item please email us at rr1goalkeeping@gmail.com with the following information;

• your name
• order number
• address
• product name (which you are returning)
• reason for return

Once we’ve confirmed, we will send you a returns form and shipping instructions.
